Blog Published By WME Is Featured On Typepad

Rochester, NY – (May 17, 2007) Typepad, known worldwide as one of the most popular blogging platforms used on the Internet, has recently recognized one of the blogs developed by Windsor Media Enterprises as its “Feature Blog of the Day. The blog chosen is called Scratchings and Sniffings, a pet blog about creatures that meow and bark and do other crazy things. The author of the featured blog is Yvonne DiVita, Founder and President of Windsor Media Enterprises.

Scratchings and Sniffings is sponsored by Purina, the pet food company. The blog is primarily for entertainment purposes, but recently Purina introduced Yvonne to Dr. Larry, a former Purina veterinarian, who now writes a column on the blog. The “Ask Dr. Larry” feature tries to answer readers’ questions on diet, behavior, and other pet issues. And sometimes, Dr. Larry throws in a few funny stories of his own. The pet blog can be found at www.scratchingsandsniffings.com.

Yvonne recently set up a Cute Cat Contest on Scratchings and Sniffings in honor of her own kitty, Pandora. The Contest encourages readers to upload humorous videos of their cats to share with everyone. Once a week, one contestant will be selected to receive a free copy of a new book published by WMEBooks entitled Hooked on a Feline: Cat Care from a Different Purr-spective, The winning video will also be featured on the blog.
